I'm Back!!

Hey everyone! Sorry it has been awhile since the last update. I haven't had a working camera! but since my mom "accidentally" left my dad's camera I have a few new pics to share.

We have been a really busy family. Bob and Sydney went back to school in July! The elementary school is year round around here. Sydney loves Kindergarten and Bob loves his 4th grade class. They went off track the same day Jeramy started middle school!! Yes middle school! The 5th graders are in middle school here. He loves it. It requires him to be very organized. He actually switches classes and everything! It' a little watered down, but it has still been a big adjustment. Bob and Syd go back to school in a week.....it will be strange to have only two home.

Sydney is now a riding a two wheeler without training wheels. She had been asking for a week to take them off. We have done this once before so I wasn't in a big hurry to do it. The second I took then off she got on and rode away without any help. What a big girl. Now she goes out and rides in our Cull-DE-sac most of the day!

Sam and Darren really keep me on my toes. Sam loves to talk, and is pretty good at it. His favorite word right now is ginormous...hmmm...I wonder where he got that one. Darren is a hoot. He likes to look at things really close and the goes "ohh". So funny. This week he learned where his nose is, how to blow kisses, and says shhhh with his finger on his mouth. It is so funny. He also says "hello", but he sounds more English when he says it.."Allo". But I would have to say his favorite word is "NO". That seems to be pretty common among toddlers.

Rod and I are trying to keep up with this kiddos. Rod is back in school. He is taking 10 credits at UNR. He has officially declared his major as Mining Engineering. I am really excited for him. He is also working full-timing running a landscape division of a local nursery. It has been stressful getting jobs, but we have been blessed with work, so we are not complaining.

I have joined the local YMCA. There is a really nice one in our little neighborhood. It has been really good for me to exercise and have that time to clear my head. They have a child watch area and a computer lab for the boys. I am so glad to have it so close. It's a 1/2 mile walk...all down hill.

We really are loving our new home. It is such a blessing. When my mom came out to visit she said i was a whole new person. I guess having room and being able to actually get the house clean makes me less stressed. We are so grateful for our new place. It will really help us to have this place while Rod finishes school!

Ever since we moved to Reno I wanted to go on this big swing! So when Jen and Cam were out they took us. Jeramy did great. I think I would have really freaked out if I didn't have to be brave for my son. It was so much fun. My 3 yr old nephew did it and he was totally fearless.

This is Syd and her cousin Bailee. They hadn't seen each other for a year, but were instant pals. I don't think I saw Syd for that entire week. They were upstairs playing in her room. Super cute!

Rod started on the landscaping of the back yard. The kids have loved all of the dirt!

There is a quick update for now. I have so many more pics and I will get them up soon. I hope all of you are well! Please leave comments if you stop by! Take care!
