I did it. I finally made a really good loaf of bread. It is all thanks to Emily! The recipe on her blog works. I made the wheat one the other day. I didn't do the yeast right, but it was still good. I tried the white bread today! It is sooooo yummy. It tastes like Grandma Sycamore's bread. For those of you who have lived in Utah you know what I mean. Now Rod doesnt have to stress about moving us back there. I can make it myself! I know the loaf could be smoother, but it is the best I have ever done. Now that I kinda know what I am doing I'm going to try the wheat bread again. It is so fun to see the bread on the counter. I feel like I actually accomplished something today. Thanks again Emily!

Ooh, yummy! Good job! It looks divine! Mmm. . . I could go for a piece right now! :)
That looks good!! I was doing really well making bread every week (after moving into the new house with some counter space)...until I got pregnant! For some reason, the idea of making bread grossed me out for the first trimester, then I got out of the habit! You've inspired me to try again:) Homemade bread is SO good!
Yummy...I'll stop by some afternoon for a slice...
